He can either remain as PM while his party selects a new leader, appoint an interim PM, or call an election. It’s essentially his choice to make, his party doesn’t have a say.

On a side note, while looking for something I saw a video of a woman confronting Trudeau at a ski resort over Christmas and telling him to leave. It's amazing that the leader of Canada can go wherever he wants and basically anyone can just walk up to him and start a conversation.

Meanwhile, we've got secret service working overtime and Dump dodging bullets. Quite a contrast.

It's true. I was listening to a podcast a few months ago and a guy on there went to whatever Expo was happening there. There was a wrestling show going on, and the guy saw a commotion. It was because Trudeau was walking around. The Mountie was there and got to meet him. The promoter got Trudeau to come in and say hi to the wrestling crowd and thanked them for attending the expo.
