Social Just turned 37

if your still a single dude at 37 no its not. If you are a single woman at 37 maybe. I kinda thought the same thing in my mid 30s but by 37 I was just getting into the swing of things. It's all about perspective.

Congratulations on making it to 37. Life is about experiences - whether good, bad, happy, painful or whatever. Here's to more experiences, but hopefully mostly pleasant ones and many more years of living in accordance with your personal values. You get to experience life as a 37+ year old now, with a 37yo body. It's more experience of life. Also some people enjoy their younger years more, some their older years more....some people spend their youth in war or torment and live their happiest years later. There's not really one way life is lived.

It's normal to have negative thoughts about getting old sometimes though. "Birthday blues" aren't unheard of.

Wife and kids do I've got built in fulfillment and responsibility lol
Life ain't over at 37 bro. Life keeps getting better...mine has never been better. What sucks is simply knowing it also means you're closer to the end. But rest assured some of the most fulfilling moments come at all stages of life.

I got divorced at 37, one of my best life decisions.

I was in the best shape of my life at 37/38 even ran a 4:15 mile with just a 2 months of gym time on cardio ,I look better now at 50 though ,it’s how you took care of yourself you’ll get the most quality of your biological age as it’s just a number .

I had no idea we had so many super old people on Sherdog. I'm only 21 so I can't relate to whatever this is.

Feeling like life is over. A friend of mine said this is basically the epilogue of life and the game is basically finished. Hate to say I agree. How do you old fucks keep going?
Stop being a dramatic pussy. I'm 46 and life is fine. Make sure you eat right and exercise and you'll be fine.

Happy birthday... ya old fart. Have a good one.

I was probably the fittest I've been in my whole life at 37. You probably have a good 5 years till the wheels start to fall off... make the most of them.
Bro. I'm putting up a PR in the weight room all the time at 45... ( I mean. I would hope so , do power lifting 5 times a week... but still )

I'm 36 and feel great. This is around the age where genetics and lifestyle differences between people will start to become apparent.

As the old saying goes, it's not the age... it's the mileage.

I have a LOT of mileage, fucked up body parts and previous surgeries. Unfortunately, at 42, shit finally started to catch up with me.

If you're 37, barring any accidents, you're barely half way through life. Society has been conditioned to believe that when you're no longer in your 20s that life is over, but people in their 20s generally don't know shit, and are essentially toddlers, in the grand scheme. Life is basically over when you decide it is. Best advice I can give you is to disregard everything society has taught you about being alive, bc society is made of people, and most people are morons.
