ok, i agree with that one. No idea why they allowed that. BUT in the articles defence and if you read it correctly, he didnt actually say it would add 5lbs of muscle.
As for the av comments?......you guys need to stop being gay

As for the AV comment:

I enjoy playing Grand Theft Auto as much as the next guy, but I fail to see the logic in allowing a shot of a car running over, and possibly killing, bicyclists. It looks like something you'd find on a snuff website. Barut has had that as his av for a few weeks and apparently it complies with the rules, but I can't understand how.

thats a double...there is no way im using hook grips for anything less than 5 reps. I think the article is reffering to reps over 8-10.

i didnt write that checklist. its from the article and personally, i use the article written by mike robertson as MY checklist.

It doesn't really bother me.

Some people are given multiple chances with the same username because people feel bad that they are bald and named after a disenfectant spray.

Other people don't get multiple chances and have to change their username.

And if you think eric cressey, mike robertson, john Berardi and Dan John are all crushing on BB'ers then i would highly suggest you re-think your statement. I have met all these men and they would make you're knowledge base on strength and conditioning, powrlifting, functional mobility and pre-hab/re-hab for athletes look like that of an infant.
