They give you a list of foods/drinks to avoid , certain things appear as blood to the camera .

You get a couple of sachets of powder or drink to take about 24 hours before . Time frame varies. You drink these 2 drinks a few hours apart and wait until they act ...you then sit and read a good book .... numerous times...

No food etc on the day of the procedure.

Just had mine a month ago.

They knocked me out with some Michael Jackson propofol and I woke up 30 minutes later. Didn’t feel a thing. Walked home from the hospital. Doctor said I’m good for 10 years. They did find some Brock Lesnar diverticula though. Harmless unless they get infected.

I had one done last year because my father came down with colon cancer and I have the genetic marker for it. Afterward, the doctor said that my colon was so clean you could eat off of it.

I just recovered from a bacterial infection from river water starting nearly 2 months ago so I wasn't too keen on taking a dilution that evacuated my colon and bowels again. it took so long for my good bacteria and gut biome to recover as it was so doing this on purpose made me a bit nervous

as of yesterday, it was 10 whole days without an upset stomach. so whatever bacteria fucked me up had run its course snd my body finally healed from being completely stripped of any good bacteria.

I started the year at 250lbs and as of yesterday morning, weighed 193.8lbs. the first 35lbs lost was from keto, the rest was from the results of this bacterial infection

I was awake for mine. I don't use any pharmaceuticals unless it's absolutely necessary. I had to convince the doctor to even do it. He said he had only ever done 3 or 4 on patients who weren't sedated.

Everyone from the nurses to the doctor to the anesthesiologist kept trying to convince me that it was a really bad idea. In the end it was painful, but they overhyped it a bit.

Apparently it's the norm in Europe to not be sedated. Not so much in Canada/US.

I did it in Germany, was fully sedated.

No. It really is necessary for men 40+ and it s really benign. Drink that hateful laxative, shit your ass out, they put you to sleep and wake up feeling nothing.
