First off, for my PreWO I got the Buzz Saw premix. It already contains CEE but should i throw in some Creapure Monohydrate i have and how much? Also, how much Beta Alanine should i put in it? I only ordered 100 grams cause it was expensive and I really didnt know how much I needed. Finally, how much creatine and beta do I want to put in my post workout shake?
