You guys should read the actual holding. The judge isn't exactly thrilled that this retarded charge is going forward, but felt bound by the law should the DOJ insist.
I'm happy to take bets should any of you girls actually decide to put yourselves out there for a change, instead of spiking the ball over a preliminary hearing.

Damn those judges feeling "bound by the law". WTF? And this was a democrat Clinton appointed judge too who wouldn't take her "I should be above the law" defense.
Your prediction was already that charges wouldn't even be brought, then that they would be immediately dismissed if they dared bring any charges, and those went about as well as your prediction that Harris would sweep the swing states and win Iowa.

Because she argued that she was acting in her official capacity when she interacted with everyone inside her courtroom. The judge didn't rule on those merits, but stated that should the prosecution insist, they could put that before a jury.

I've explained three times now how the judge didn't rule on the merits, so no defense fell apart because no defense was heard. The judge held that the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure mandated he take it to a jury.
Again mate, you've got to convince the room you know the basics of the topic if you're gonna try to snipe from the sidelines without making any predictions of your own. Which, not that the room hasn't noticed, you are quite afraid to do so.

I was looking for this thread and couldn’t find it to post that she lost her argument to have the charges dropped because she claims a judge has immunity. The fucking gall of her to think she’s so fucking special. It pisses me off when shitty cops try to use qualified immunity to try to get off of some crazy shit as well. I finally found this thread by searching for “dugong” which is what I keep calling the judge. A dugong is a large acquatic mammal that looks like a manatee.

Yeah, it's kinda a thing here. Best thing about @HereticBD spamming it as an insult, is that he's been here for decades and refuses to tell anyone what he does for a living. Not a good sign.
The most disappointing thing was, I try to give these guys stuff to work with. I actually practiced in the thrilling legal field of.....wait for it......maritime insurance. I thought for sure they could come up with something. "He's too stupid to work with people, so he works with boats!", or "He's a gay sailing lawyer!" There had to be something they could have used. But instead I've just got to settle with "you're not real!" Low energy. Sad.
