i think it's interesting that Marquez is trying to say,
it's one thing to be a great fighter, but another to be spectacular.

His English is slightly better than I remember. I know a lot of native English speakers that don't have the word "technician" in their vocabulary. As for his P4P list it seems that he clearly favors guys at the lighter weights but that's where he fought.
