Ju-Jitsu NOOB training question

Hey, I am currently doing Ju-Jitsu three days a week, and am about to bump it up to six. My question is, should I be weight training and running for endurance or strength.
 
for your condition, interval stprints would be good. the ebst way t improve your conditioning for your jujitsu is by rolling a lot more and doing more drills. Read the stickies fro strength training.
