Hard to use your length and footwork in an environment that you haven't meticulously studied and trained in. That would negate a big advantage for Jon right there. I don't think people realize how big the fighting environment impacts the outcome of a fight. Like, if you put Israel in there with Yoel in a giant octagon he can stick and move. If you put him in there with Yoel in an elevator or a hallway, he's gonna get absolutely destroyed.

Agreed. There was a vid a few years back of some guy challenging him at a convention. Jones said something like "I'd love for you to come at me" and you could tell he really meant it, dude is scary.

Depends what time of day they fight, DC wins after 6pm since Jones would already be drunk.

DC has more punching power, is a naturally thicker guy and as much as people want to make out like he's some pussy, he grew up way rougher than Jones, he's seen some shit. However Jones is potentially a legitimate sociopath, I'd have to go with him, they're pretty evenly matched though, neither guy is going to beat the shit out of each other. I would've loved to see them compete at open weight, DC looked better at HW than he did at LHW, even though he was short and fat he always looked rather gaunt in his face at LHW weigh ins.
