no comparison today.

Shogun, Machida, Rashad, Rampage, TRT Vitor, roiding Chael, Gus, peak Glover, and DC (twice)

Vs

Roiding Barnett, TRT Bigfoot, Mir, Big Country, Gus, Rumble (twice), ole man Dan, Stipe, Volkan, and Starbucks

I'm picking Jones.

Jones since: + Gus 2, Smith, Santos, Reyes, Gane, Stipe

DC: + Lewis

even without DC 2 fights its very clear.

TLDR; If you discount everything cause steroids then none of this matters but JJs body of work is better than DCs in every way. The only argument is Title defenses vs Champ-Champ OR Steroids vs JJ beat him twice.

IMO treat steroids strictly by the rules. JJ got caught and has a NC because of it. Everything else stands.

Let see:
Jon Jones- 24 matches, 22w-1l-1nc
Daniel Cormier - 23 matches, 21w -1l -1nc
So far Jones by a hair

JJ-22 wins =7 cans,1 middleweight name, 7 names,6 former champs, plus DC
DC-21 wins=10 cans,1 former middleweight champ, 6 names, 3 former champs, 1 hw champ
JJ again

JJ:8 title defenses(4 champs,2 monsters,DC, and Chael)
DC: Two Division Champ(Simultaneous), 3 title defenses(2 monsters and Oez)
I give this one to JJ but can see the argument either way.

JJ:(lhw)
5 fights to start(padding)(Brad Bernard, Carlos Eduardo,Anthony Pina, Ryan Verrett,Parker Porter, Moyses Gabin, Andre Gusmao)

DC:(HW)
To start 7 "cans":(Gary Frazier,John Devine,Lucas Browne,Tony Johnson,Jason Riley,Soa Palelei,Devin Cole)(Browne and Johnson were regional champs so technically the best at that level at that time, Palelei is making some noise now but was a noboday then and still not great)

Jones was juiced to the gills all three times he was scheduled to fight DC (UFC 185, 200, 214), and was "pulsing" for fights later in his LHW run.

Jan 2015 (2 months before UFC 185): Greg Howard (who spent a lot of time with Jones to write a comprehensive article on him), reported that Jones was rumored to have hid under the octagon when the drug testers showed up at JacksonWink, prior to the first Cormier fight.

Jones confirmed that he did in fact hide under the octagon to avoid drug testers
UFC 185 testing - “If they see a deviation in the T/E ratio of greater than 30 percent, there is something up. That’s a red flag,” Conte explained. “If you look at Daniel [Cormier’s] two ratios, they were .42 and .47; that’s about an eight percent deviation. If you look at the numbers for Jon Jones, his was basically an 80 percent deviation. His is suspicious and Daniel Cormier’s is not. It’s not just that he’s got very low [testosterone] levels, much lower than Daniel. Daniel’s are normal, his are extremely low.”
“These are highly suspicious for Jon Jones,” Conte said. “This is the reason that sophisticated anti-doping officials do target testing. So based on what we see here, my opinion is Jon Jones should be on a very short leash and should be random tested here until they sort out why he has these anomalies.”

Why is Rumble a great win? Name Rumbles greatest win.

The versions of Arlovski and Bader he fought are very impressive wins.

Beating Prime Gustafsson is no joke

Manuwa and Teixeira are also solid wins

Everyone's juicing
What kind of stupid response is that?
Many fighters passed USDA and did not get caught. So they kept their secret sauce use to a bare minimal, Jon did not.

Someone gets caught stealing, they are guilty of stealing. You don't say, Everyone's stealing.

Jones has been juicing for likely his whole career. His resume means nothing.
Likely does not mean he has. It is like someone saying it is likely your dad molested you, it does not mean he did.

So that would negate "his resume means nothing" until that is conclusive.
Probably is not a fact, it indicates a likelihood of something being true, but it does not guarantee certainty, meaning it cannot be considered a definitive fact. Your comment is not credible and not credible in terms of providing direct and concrete evidence for your argument.

I it is like me saying since GSP cheated in the BJ fight, he likely greased and cheated his entire career.

If you set aside steroid accusations and just go straight off their records then jones resume is pretty impossible to top. People forget that when jones fought shogun and machida they were both considered potential future GOATs and rampage and Rashad Evans had both just been lhw champs… he tore through all of them and made it looks easy. His win over gane was also pretty impressive… people had high expectations for gane and he made it look like he was nothing.

Obviously if you want to consider his various violations and positive tests than it’s different but he beats everyone

DC has a better HW resume ,
Jones has a better LHW resume if you discount all the middleweights , the controversial wins and old dudes past their primes they are about even.

DC's greatest mistake was not to stay in HW.

In 2024 its no comparison - Jones resume already much better without 2x DC wins, but with h2h 2 wins its no contest. <JonesDXSuckIt> <DCrying>

They all use PEDs, calm down. Yes, Olympic wrestler, who cheated with weight and eyepokes and was fighting in his 40s like in prime (a la Romero) is clean.<NewGina><Dany07>
