Jones over reliance on reach is getting dumb.

I don't think his use of reach is the problem, it was the fact that he'd turn and run every time Reyes got past his fingers. He got intercepted with a headkick doing it was was lucky it only landed with the foot.

Jones' reach and long limbs is what makes him the greatest fighter alive today.

If Izzy can keep it standing he'd pick Jones apart. The problem is can he keep it standing? Jones has a very big strength advantage over Izzy

Jones has gotten noticeably weaker, especially in the clinch/wrestling, since USADA pulsegate. Santos and Reyes are strikers that havent proven to be as good with TDD as Izzy prior to fighting Jones.

Izzy is just a bad matchup on paper for Jones but never know cuz Jones is a true champion so cant count him out.

Why shouldn't he use a tool he disposes of?

It's on his opponents to overcome it.
