How long can he keep up that pace though? Remember the OSP fight? They blamed it on too much powerlifting. But yes, Jones is planning to wrestle wrestle wrestle. It's very clear by his build, training, and body language movements. He's been focused on wrestling for this fight.

My friend was benching 405 and squatting 500 and deadlifting 620 at 187 pounds and he looked like a skinny average guy with 4 pack. Jon Jon is not strong for his weight at all
