Jones has really nothing to gain from a Non-title fight or Interim

True nothing to gain for Jones but I still want to see Rumble bust him up.

Cmon fool. Anthony gonna be sonned.

I think Jones wins too...so why not wrap up unfinished business, some of his fans are coming up with every reason for him not to fight Rumble...I think they are spooked by a puncher's chance. Me, I just wanna see them fight.

Regardless Jones said he would take a replacement so all of these title legacy, short notice excuses can vanish now.

well I don't know anything about Jones financings but if we know anything about prior athletes and their spending, how much they earn does not mean they are not just a few paycheques away from broke as soon as they stop earning more.

Watch the ESPN special on broke athletes many of whom earned many multiples more then Jones has and ended up broke as soon as they stopped playing and earning.

Stop being fooled by news reports and documentaries on highly publicized broke athletes. There are MUCH more athletes that keep or improve their wealth after retiring. Good news isn't worth anything so guess where the focus goes...

I am sorry but you are pretty ignorant to the reality of things as an astounding % of athletes, actors and musicians end up broke after their earning period ends. it is a massive percentage.

Just to add some stats using the NFL as an example.

- approx. 16% declare bankruptcy
- about 80% end up broke

16% of retired NFL players go bankrupt, a report says
Fortune.com

- As Slate points out, the 15.7% figure should not lead anyone to conclude that the other 84% of NFL alums are all raking in the money and living high on the hog—many more than 15.7% struggle financially after leaving the sport, and many may go broke or get close to it. But this paper strictly measures bankruptcy filings.

5 Reasons Why 80% Of Retired NFL Players Go Broke

- Sports Illustrated recently estimated that 80% of retired NFL players go broke in their first three years out of the League. How is this possible in a sport rolling in revenue with an average salary of almost $2 million a year?
