How does your example of Cerrone and Hunt work? Cerrone is a lightweight and Hunt is a heavyweight. That is 4 weight classes apart. We are talking about Jon Jones who walks around at 240lb before dieting that competes in 1 weight class below HW. This makes your comparison with Cerrone and Hunt irrelevant. Hunt is 12-10 at Heavyweight for the record and Cerrone just KO'd his opponent moving UP a weight class.
