Makes that shit look easy and it is NOT. Especially for a man 240 plus pounds..

My first kickboxing coach put up a set of bars with different circumferences like that and have cross stopping at each bar while keeping our elbows at 90 degrees and eventually hold our knees up at the same angle, then eventually cross with our toes touching the bars in front (never got to the last method); then do pull ups to exhaustion, try to hang horizontal (whatever that exercise is called.)

That shit was not easy.
 
I remember in gym, I think it was called the presidential fitness test. There was a bar hang where you had to keep your chin above a bar and were timed. There was a girl in my class you only had one arm and she destroyed everyone in the whole school it was very impressive.
 
Maybe Jon is going to be on the re-boot of Gladiators.

I used to do that when I was a kid at school, very easy. Pro fighters only just learning it now, nice! another win for a sherdogger
 
Dude is pretty huge doing that. We can call him fat all we want, but dude looks like he's on. A pretty intense program to get his body used to carrying more weight. I'll never be a Jones fan...but dude looks like he's going for it.
