What's so impressive about this? My kids do this at the park and they are 5 lol.
No kidding. My junior school age girls can swing on the monkey bars at playgrounds all day.

But can you do it now?I used to train the same way when I was ten years old on the playground.
You need calves to do those though. Bones needs implants.Should start doing calf raises tbh
I’m over here trying to figure out what the fuck that’s supposed to be exactlyThat might just be the most swallow squat I've seen by a professional athlete
Jon posted it in a bragging way. You over here telling everyone it's easy. I expect an upload to youtube and a video of you in the next 10 minutes. Just kidding. I know you are a fat lazy slob who just runs his mouth. Lol.That's not hard to do. He's not even doing pull ups.
Edit: that first clip I was talking about. Those pull ups on the second clip are decent for a guy his weight.
He trains like elementary school kids. Got it.
Makes that shit look easy and it is NOT. Especially for a man 240 plus pounds..
How do you think bulking works?I can’t be the only one who thinks he looks terrible lately, right?
I have no opinion on a grown man training by swinging on monkey bars, but his body looks so bloated and just not good. This man is getting slept if he ever steps in a cage with Francis.
Lol this is a joke. Definitely takes training but for a pro athlete, no big deal. This is yet another poor social media choice by Jon.Makes that shit look easy and it is NOT. Especially for a man 240 plus pounds..

I wasn't expecting to learn about the underrated nature of quarter squats, thanks pal.Thank you. People make it sound like he's some fat 240+ lber swinging his weight around. He clearly has the muscle mass on his back and arms that make this relatively easy. Sherdog brag but I'm 195 and could likely do the first video with a 45 lb plate.
I also roll my eyes when people are critical of ATHLETES doing 'quarter squats'. It's a reflection of their lack of sports training knowledge because I'm pretty sure LeBron and his trainers know what the fuck he's doing. Literally google any kinesiology study on quarter squats and why they're better for athletic performance when the goal isn't absolute strength or muscle hypertrophy.
