Media Jon Jones' teammate is highly impressed by his "unbelievable" speed and size in training

PEDs were not against the rules in Pride. They are in the UFC.

Fedor never cheated. Jon did.
Who said anything about Fedor? Who knows what he was taking. Can't fail if not tested/

You said "roids" disqualify from lists.

Steroids were distributed and encouraged to specific fighters in Pride.

Jones fans are too stupid to understand what level playing field means, don't bother.
LOL!

Stupid people are too stupid to understand why steroids are banned specifically in international competition.

Jones is the only serious GOAT candidate that fought any number of fights under USADA. Fedor started losing immediately after leaving Pride, so as soon as he started getting tested. Fedors performance in Strike force is what it looks like when he had even footing with other heavyweights.

And middle weights.

His teammates' opinions don't matter. They're probably even paid to say shit like this. What else would they say. "He's slow as ass, he's gonna get owned?"

How hard would it be?
Get some guys on board.
Make a schedule.
Every week, one of them leaks some juicy info.
Do it in 4 different countries.
"Strikes is all he is training. Once a week, he trains TDD. He is pretty strong, and he is still pretty fast. That's it. That's what I saw."

It would be funny.

If you think about it, nobody who gets anywhere near that camp is allowed to say anything to media.
They all sign NDA's.

So. This guy talking to the press is almost certainly saying exactly what they paid him to say to the press.
IMO - all they are doing is reminding Gane that Jones can wrestle and Gane can't.

Dumb.
They shoulda done it my way.

He wasn't even that quick at LHW in his 20s, but his teammate says he's quick, so maybe he's the first person in history to gain speed after passing 35 years old and gaining 40 lbs and not taking uppers and pictograms.
Yeah I don't understand where people get the idea that Jones was quick, he wasn't and couldn't possibly have gained speed as he gained weight now.

I think Jon is making a mistake moving directly to challenging for the HW title.

He's going to have the size and power, no doubt. But has his cardio caught up with the extra weight he's carrying? And heavyweights hit a lot harder than 205ers. Gane is a career heavyweight and he's accustomed to taking punches from heavyweights. Is Jon Jones used to taking punches from heavyweights? I highly doubt it.

Too many intangibles are against Jon Jones going straight to fighting the top heavyweights with no tune-up fights (not to mention the fact that he hasn't fought in like 3 years).

Jones is gonna carry the weight easily. Look at his brothers. He is cut from the same fucking cloth. Only noobs here dont acknowledge that or take that into consideration. Their all big motherfuckers with skinny legs, that can hold the weight. Jones easily beats Gane. Easily.

Always heard that Jones is just a different level than everyone else in the gym. This isn’t surprising. Even though Sherdog will be surprised by how dominant he looks in his HW debut.

Rashad and Van Arsdale told me just how good Jones was at Jackson’s prior to them coming to South FL. It isn’t just gym buddies talking each other up (especially since they both despised him at that time), in Jones case he is one of the most skilled fighters to ever grace a cage. Not saying he isn’t without his faults (as all greats are)but his skills over his career speak for themselves just as his legacy will to the masses.

You can’t inject skill.

Actually, in a way you can. With gear you can train longer and harder, which allows you to gain more and hone more skill.
