Part of why all of this "what a warrior," "he went out on out on his shield" fantasy that people build up around MMA is so ridiculous. The most dangerous person on the planet to you is probably 120 pounds soaking wet, scared, manic, and carrying a gun. Jones isn't even in the league next to the league next to the league of the most dangerous person on the streets of America right now. What's most ironic is, a big guy like him is one of the first ones to get shot if/when things actually get nasty. "Baddest human being in the world"... The jokes we who follow MMA let ourselves participate in, much to the pleasure of the UFC's marketing department.
