It was a standing offer and Dana said they would do it any time as long as Jones wasn't asking for 30mil. It never happened. That's because Jones didn't want it. Francis’s coach came out and said one of the main reasons Francis didn’t reup their contract because UFC would drop the big paycheck if Francis lost to Jones. The purse for the next fights drops considerably after a loss.
