Because Gable might think he is just inviting him to train but in reality jones wants to figure out how to beat him, my point is he is sociopath and a backstabber, same as he did with rashad.

They both are at the beginning stage at HW if they decide to fight there.

Jones doesn't plan on fighting much longer, that's why he's trying to capitalize on his last few fights. Gable invitation is to benefit him and his team by having an Olympic Gold medalist wrestler training with them. Jones wants to improve his wrestling as well, while improving Gabel's mma game. It's an equal opportunity proposal.

No way Jones fights Gable on any timeline. I mean Gable would have to basically fight Ngannou/Gane loser and win, then fight for title in 2 fights before Jones retires. Like the Brock lesnar route, where he won a title after a year in the sport. Brock was training awhile before though.
