Jones was DQ based on a rule that exists cause a stupid NSAC member saw that move in a commerical or some shit and was like "oh no that's uncivilized". There is no merit to the 12 6 being banned. Learned this from a Chael Sonnen video and feel most people just accept that rule without knowing the context.
