I had the exact opposite interactions with Jones.

He was being introduced around to some V.I.P. tables at an event where I live,I stood there before I realized what was going on but when nobody acknowledged who he was or showed any interest (back in 09' tho) I tapped him on the shoulder n straight up said "fuck I know who you are man"

He basically turned his back to the promoter and the vip tables and we chatted for a good 20 minutes lol

All I had for him to sign was my ufc:undisputed game booklet too...Had him sign over Brocks mug on the page advertising ufc100.


He was cool as all hell to me,but yeah I guess alot has changed since 2009.

I'm 90% sure he was high when I met him. And I wasn't projecting. This was before he was a known drug user/partier and he still seemed high. But still.
 
So Jones doesn't cry when he smashes into a pregnant lady and breaks her arm, but cries when he tests positive.

i don't even really like DC. But how's he's treated and behaved towards DC in particular. Cannot feel bad for him. Throw in the dirty tactics, the machida thing and fucking up 200.

I have a different sense of humour, man. I did not laugh when I found out the fight was cancelled. I wouldn't laugh if he went down the drain and became a broke drug head. It's silly, yes, but this is no good for anyone.

We were all robbed of one of the most anticipated fights ever. Jon and his drug ppl are on my shitlist but I don't want the man to flounder in drug addiction and laugh at it!

If I was DC and about to earn 4 or 5 mill or whatever he was going to earn, thinking of how I'd invest it, etc., and spin it into 20 mill or more..... I'd want to put a hit on Jon and whoever was running his "nutrition" program pronto. There would be blood.....
 
Plus now Jon can never make fun of Daniel crying again. The memes that will be made. He will have to be the most mentally tough guy in mma to come back from this and have the confidence to win at the highest levels, knowing the fans hate him so much for ruining their event and fantasies.
