Somebody really needs to download an Uber app for him and teach him to use it. He could literally halve his fuckups by just using Uber. Or get a driver if he wants to ride in a good car and feel premium.

I've written about this several times over the years. When people with more than enough money to get cabs, Uber/Lyft, personal drivers, etc. get DUIs, it's because they are out there chasing illicit substances or illicit sex 99.999999% of the time.
