Ur familiar with the case of the ufc fighter that was accused of raping 2 girls that where drunk, he took advantage but it turned out they had consensual, the chicks where ashamed when they sobered up and yelled rape.
To me, both parties where wrong in that scenario, theres alot of gray area in many of these cases, which is why they have to be investgated dillegently. I admit to not checking all the details of the OP, but i dont have to to know that alot of these situations arent black and white. I have a baby boy myself, and i will teach him to not put women on a pedastal and treat them like any other human being and i pray he never has to go through any situation where a womans lies get him in trouble, because the US judicial system is very gender bias.

On Nov. 17, a woman reported the rape to a detective and said it happened at her home during a Nov. 7 session with the trainer. She said she had been taking lessons from Freitas for several years and on that day was having him massage her legs due to recent cramping.

The woman said that Freitas is flirtatious with her and several other women he trains, that she “at times found his behavior inappropriate” and that there was never any romantic relationship between the two.
