Ur familiar with the case of the ufc fighter that was accused of raping 2 girls that where drunk, he took advantage but it turned out they had consensual, the chicks where ashamed when they sobered up and yelled rape.
To me, both parties where wrong in that scenario, theres alot of gray area in many of these cases, which is why they have to be investgated dillegently. I admit to not checking all the details of the OP, but i dont have to to know that alot of these situations arent black and white. I understand being frustrated, I've been in that spot and didn't enjoy it, some women use sex to control the dynamics of a relationship or to get attention, that's just how things are, especially if they're young/hot.
