That's not how the law works. They don't have the investigation or forscenics finished. Charges get upgraded or downgraded based on the investigation.

Dude I've been to jail like 10 times yes I do know.. that's exactly how it works, you can't just get arrested for no reason there has to be a charge.

If forensics were required here that shit takes time to get warrants for those charges.. and I'm not saying that won't happen, I don't fuckin know.. but I am saying he's gonna be free and just fine to compete until this thing you assume will happen

With the discharge of the firearm they have to do forensics. If the investigation shows that the shooting was unprovoked or took place in his vehicle then either is an automatic upgrade to a class 5 felony.

I don't think it will. I think he will get off again because his charges aren't major. I mean he's gonna have the beat defense money can buy and I've seen people with a lot less money and worse crimes get off with a good attorney.

That's all I'm saying. I have never liked Jon Jones i just think he will get off and people are making this into a big deal when it isn't. That's all

It's the same in Neveda. Class 5 felony. No way he faces ANOTHER misdeamnor along with a felony and get's told "uhh just do some community service that's good enough"

in New Mexico the Dwi has a mandatory 96 hour sentence for second offense with a max of a year in jail(would most likely get credit for half be out in 6 months) thought this was a bit light

state to start things vary quite a bit.

the Gun charge was labeled a petty misdemeanor ....

On paper his criminal outlook actually isn’t too bad legally speaking in terms of potential punishment.

but anyone with a brain knows this is just ridiculous.

he needs 2-3 months in jail followed by 3 months rehab. Otherwise this will continue imo
