Your question started with asking "if dober beats Islam," but in the OP I said realistically no one is beating Khabib (so khabib won't be back)...that means Dober isn't beating Islam so the rest of the question is nullified

Islam will never fight a top 10 opponent so yes likely he doesn't lose before retiring due to a rash or something similar
