Bibi likes Putin. Israelis are not anti Russian and havent been in long time much cooperation between two countries. They agree on stuff. Back room deals will be made about Iran. It can suit russian interests. Some like Kissinger and it seems many republicans are changing on being anti Russian. Kissiger advocated for years to let Russia have its sphere and work towards a more united world.

The US was the only country abiding by this treaty.. China and Russia are making intermediate range ballistic missiles. At this point, the "treaty" was just a self-imposed restriction on the US while everyone else just laughed at us for being morons, continuing to advance their technology and build stockpiles while we fell behind.
