The guy has been arrested before, all the patrons said he was the instigator and he did not give police any detail on what lead to him getting punched. Do the mathSince last I checked the narrative has seemingly switched to the other guy being a serial pest and everyone at the bar is backing Joe up.
Is that legit or did Joe go full sherdog and threaten to fill the room with uppercuts?
If anybody does not understand that when you out drunk you be aware of your surroundings and bring a non knucklehead friend then after reading this you get what your dumb ass gets. People confuse reality talk with being a fake tough guy. You soft sumbitches. There are people in this world waiting to put your bitch ass to sleep over you bumping into them drunk. You so weak you point at me then run tell when I clown you. Who took the bite out you boy lol? Literally that’s what happened. So when you bump a mufucka YOU APOLOGIZE. Just be aware of your surroundings. Message from the bad guy

The guy has an arrest record, all patrons agreed he was the instigator prior to the punch incident, he gave police no details on what lead to the punch or how he was acting that night , manager said he regularly causes problems. This will be an easy win for Joehttps://www.google.com/amp/s/www.mm...se-bar-pub-bellator-kickboxing-glory-mma-news
Looks like Justin balboa changed his mind and will press charges. Anyway the clip is definitive evidence of what really happened and even the patrons of the bar wil hae to resess their testimony now that there is a clip ...

You don't think this guy was being talked about prior to this ? People there clearly knew him , I'm sure Joe got the info that he's a regular problem there. There's also a pic of him posing with his fists up like a fighter. In what world is yelling at someone and then flexing on them not instigating a conflict? He also said Joe was 6"5 270 lol what a beta manletYes, good guy Joe pulled up the guy's arrest record before clocking him.
God's work.

It's a loud bar he moved to hear what he said and the guy immediately made an aggressive move and you can't see his right hand which may be balled. All patrons will back this and say the other guy was being an asshole and instigated the conclusion throughout the night. His prior arrest may also be brought up if it's related to fighting or assault. Joe will winIt doesn't matter what people were saying about him, you can't clock a guy legally because people were saying stuff about him. Joe initiated contact, Joe moved into his personal space when the guy shouted at him, Joe then unloaded on him when he made a slight flex.
It's going to be interesting when this goes to court, there'll be a lot of people eating crow either way, but I'm confident he gets convicted.

All irrelevant when 20 people say the former inmate wanted to fight and lunged at him with a balled fist and zero people say joe was the problem or instigatorHe's pretty much admitted it was pre-mediated on social media by saying that he'd had issues with the guy all night, he's then made the ridiculous excuse that he was in fear of his life.
If it was just the video then perhaps he could make the argument that he wasn't looking for conflict and just reacted to the flex to protect himself, but unfortunately he's an idiot and has made it obvious that he went into that situation hoping for that outcome.
He also seemingly posted the video on social media himself trying to make himself out as a badass which won't help.
Dude has dug his own grave.

So we're using social media as evidence? So then maybe Joe will use the words of 20+ professional trained fighters saying his response to the aggressive action was warranted and they would react the same due to their trainingNot really, Joe has provided most of the evidence himself and it will be used against him.

Then it doesn't work saying he's a trained fighter and should know a flex vs a feint when other actual trained fighters disagree. Joe winsHow is that going to help? A judge isn't going to say "oh, assaulting people is okay if other trained fighters would have done the same thing"
