Joe Schilling sucker punching drunk guy

I'm not sure anybody could rightfully call that self defence. Preemptively attacking someone is not self defence, and Joe touched him first.

Joe thought he was Arnold in the bar scene from Terminator 2 hahahahaa have fun in jail, plenty of fights there!

Okay if that’s your theory do the exact same thing to a cop. End of discussion. If your theory of it being non threatening is true, again even though in that slip second a person wouldn’t know if it was threatened or not, do the exact same move to a cop.
Ah yes, American cops, world famous for their restraint. What a retarded argument.

I’m one hundred percent serious about this. I kind of feel sorry for professional fighters and it is shocking to me that we don’t hear about stuff like this happening more often. Being a 20 something male at a club is the worst. Everybody postures and flexes to impress honeys and their boys, and add liquor that and well, you’re in for stuff like this. Add being a somewhat famous pro fighter??? Well now your just never going to have a peaceful night out. You just know there’s a room full of guys who would love to get the chance to tell their homies about when they punk’d out a famous fighter. I’m not even defending what Joe did just saying we should all be glad it doesn’t happen a whole hell of a lot more.
We'll it would have been a peaceful night out if he hadn't disrespectfully shoved a clearly drunk guy out of the way.

Eh, you’d be surprised. A lot of fighter’s a pretty damn sensitive hotheads. Boxing, MMA...there’s plenty to go around.

Lol Schilling should argue in court he have glass jaw was afraid civilian could still KO him lolllllll

schillin* is trash that guy has hands down omg

lol dude is a straight up bully, pretty much bumped the guy aside in an agressive manner where most normal people would simply tap you on the shoulder or somn and ask to pass
obviously the drunk guy would respond in a wtf manner but at that point Schilling was just looking for confrontation against a dude clearly outmatched

If you put your hands on a cop then you are a certified moron, doesn't really matter on the context.

Anyway, you have completely proven yourself in this thread to be, quite possibly, one of the dumbest individuals I have had the misfortune of running across. Thank god for an ignore list, because I feel like I could lose actual IQ points reading anymore of your comments

it doesn't happen more because most pro-fighters are not out of control dickheads.
See post above.

I saw nothing wrong with Schilling moving the guy out of the way. It was the punches I have a problem with.

All bar boy had to do was not flex like he was going to do something.

He had one job.

Judges also look at things like this, basically admitting he could've deescalated it, but didn't because he's "here for the show"

Ugh

Joe is really being meatheaded about this.

Im still waiting for you to do the same “non threatening” move to a cop. Make sure you record it.
<Waaah>

I don’t think he aggressively moves him over as a lot of people are saying but the rest of the footage speaks for itself. If manlet acted a little tough so what, doesn’t justify that and if you think it did then prepare to spend time inside or get hurt. You can’t go around dropping anyone who doesn’t bow to you as an alpha male. This isn’t sherdog.

the guy was having good time 2 dancing schillin an asshole he walk like got stick up his ass OMG

Based on the footage so far you don't know how a judge will rule on this if it did go to court because it's not crystal clear on how he/she would perceive how much imminent bodily harm a much larger professional fighter thought he was actually in based on the footage. We see Joe's right foot step toward the guy and then the guy flinches with his hands down and Joe immediately launches a 4 punch combo(2 shots cleanly hit and the other 2 punches are difficult to tell based on the footage).

Not all judges rule the same way and if you put this case in front of 50 judges they all don't rule the same which is why it's risky behavior on Joe's part being a public figure like that using that much force without thought. We both know Joe didn't believe for a second he thought he was imminent danger here....he's hitting a tiny doucebag basically. But people die from getting cold clocked like that and it's fucking crazy he just subjects himself to these situations. A person falls and dies and your defense is a tiny untrained manlet flinched at a professional fighter twice his size then good luck to you. I'm not saying whats right or wrong but the reality of the situation.

Ring cage parking lot T shirt? Is this a fucking work? If not Joe really is mentally retarded or has serious CTE issues.

It would only been better if Joe had headgear on and fight shorts then claim self defense.

Says 4 punches.....

Posts gif...showing only 2..in which only 1 clearly lands ..

That said...

Both have faults here and its likely dismissed in court or doesnt even make it there ..

This wasnt some unprovoked molly whopping..fighter or not...doing the whats up lung can be bad for your health...

Its better to just drink RESPONSIBLY....and be in control of yourself...

Cuz u never know who exactly ur provoking...

Also the lack of follow up shots to me seems.consistent with self defense then assault..
