Joe Schilling sucker punching drunk guy

He also pulverized some guy on the street. I literally hate this guy, he’s a hypocrite too because he always harps on how police brutality is bad.
When did that happen? The incident on the street you speak of?

What does him being a professional fighter have anything do with a bar altercation..its irrelevant and could be seen an prejudice in a court room...he is human like anyone else and can be hurt or killed in a bar fight just like anyone else... This isnt a sport related case so his job has no bearing...had it been in a gym and he attacked during sparring or something sure...

But this is a wide open scenario that could of gone many different ways..just cuz the guy ended up on the floor doesnt mean hes innocent..

And im.english speaking...i just type fast on my phone lol

I can't believe you're using that angle.

Joe is a professional fighter. A highly decorated one I might add.

You probably are not educated on the topic....so try reading this case:

It raised an inch because he was asleep before he could raise it any higher.
or maybe because he wasn't in any way throwing a punch. most humans in that situation will NOT be throwing a punch at the much bigger guy. you for some reason are just assuming he was......

Did u miss the part where he lunged??? Lol..

Thats physical provocation..

Again u dont have to wait to get hit or hurt to claim self defense...

Thats not how the law works....

Ugh..

So tired of people not knowing wtf there talking about..

Self defense cases are notoriously hard to win for both defendants and prosecutors hence why they usually end in settlements or a decision that pisses off alot of people...police brutality and all that...

A good defense lawyer could definitely win this case ....

No I don't see a lunge.

I see the drunk guy moving his shoulders.

You need to understand what legal self defense covers.

This is not one of those occasions.

Di u read the whole things lmao..

The same article goes on to say how its not consider a weapon per say but depends on there used in a manor of murder....last time i checked nobody died here..

Nice try tho...it case by case at best

You’re guessing. And hoping, probably. But Joe came back when the guy called him, then the guy motions towards joe aggressively. No way of knowing if a court will say he was reasonable in fearing for his safety. I could see that. The drunk guy was the aggressor obviously.

Sherdog just wants Joe to ‘do the right thing’ because he ‘knows better’. But he doesn’t have to, he can defend himself just like anyone else if a drunk fuck gets in his face

He's probably really bitter that his MMA record is fucking terrible 4-6. A guy like that needs any victory he can get especially when he loses to Kato twice, once in MMA and in kickboxing, the sport he's supposed to be good at.

Moving his shoulders? Or cocking a punch or lunging in an intimidating gesture...( whether it works or not isnt relevant just the action) ...

I think you do...

Have a read here... Defending yourself from a provoked physical altercation is covered...atleast here in my parts

Threat of force Equals ...Lunging and posturing a punch

They're expected to be psychopaths that you need to be very wary of in their surroundings, could start throwing punches to your face just because you're tired and they think you wanna fight for no reason.

Not sure that's a stateable defence if the dude he KO'd presses charges

One minute you're out on an office night out having a good time and doing some shitty dancing but looking really happy about it, the next minute you're eating a two punch combo from a world championship kickboxer.

Crazy world.
Meh, he lost in kickboxing rules against an MMA fighter by getting brutally slept... TWICE lmfao. At least Paulie was able to go the distance with Artem.

Schilling is a fucking tool. That said, it does kinda look like the guy is trying to be a tough guy when Joe is walking away, then it looks like he does that move where you try to make the other guy flinch ... and Joe flinched all over his face with fists lol.
