The very definition of punching down. Just the way he rudely shoved the guy was even crossing the line. If any of us were rudely shoved i think we would all say something just out of respect for yourself. The dude was invading a common walk way while intoxicated... And was in the way of someone walking by...he wasnt shoved in a violent manor lol...and joe was on his way out when he was yelled at from behind...im not gunna just keep my back turned to someone yelling at me..thats a good way to get cracked from behind and injuried or killed
