That's not the argument you and others have been making though. You're moving goal posts now. Your argument, as an overweight, untrained, non athlete, is that Joe being a pro fighter should have reacted different. Yet other actual pro fighters agree with how he reacted based on the former inmates aggressive and unpredictable movement. So stop making that part of your argument.

Most of all, getting violently attacked by a trained pro fighter ad subjected to a potentially fatal knockout easily outweighs by far his annoyance value. What he is doing isn't illegal but what schilling did to him is abhorrent from a moral perspective, a criminal act and a grievous civil wrong.

You should reexamine your values if u think schilling is entitled to assault people who annoy him.
