Now we know the guy is named Justin Balboa and now he decided to press charges and good for him. He is a 31 year old busboy and likes to have a good time living a modest life. He is not some imposing individual. He is not some gangster or a thug who is terrorizing bar goers. Just a guy in his early 30s going through life.
Of course Joe just had to be a big shot and KO a who is Joe Rogan feet tall. Yeah and worse of all was the fact that Joe mentioned how the guy was throwing gang signs and rapping to the rap music lyrics and he had to go there and air out his grievance on a non imposing person. To Schilling he is " getting the world of evil" in reality, he is attacking a gay homeless man and a 31 year old bus boy who is small and unathletic.
If Schilling fancied himself the badass he is, he should be picking fights with mobsters and violent bar goers. But of course he likes to pick on the weak and his shit record shows that.

theres one there. But reading into the case, the manager and several other patrons of the bar said this guy is a menace. I still think it was piss poor decision making of Joe but it’s not just some bully out of nowhere. A lot of people think they can just pull up and say whatever they want to whoever and most people can’t do shit about it. Joe could and did. There’s a lesson here.

A good lawyer will get it thrown out or plea out If the guy wouldnt have yelled and Joe and flexed on him (even if a flinch) he would have a better case. But, its Cali, so who knows? Dick move by Joe, but as far as court goes, its going to be up to interpretation. Im no law expert as you can tell. JMO. Joe seems to love the attention.
