that is way smaller than 5'6" im 5'8" and a 5'6" person does not look that short next to me this 5'5" max.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship Performance Institute is a world class facility situated in Las Vegas and was established specifically for mixed martial arts fighters. The program boasts its support of athletes with development, fight preparation and rehabilitation requirements.

One of the more interesting pieces of technologies inside the facility is the PowerKube, which measures a fighters impact power, reaction speed, endurance and stamina.

The current record for a single punch recorded at the UFC Performance Institute on the PowerKube is held by UFC heavyweight knockout artist Francis Ngannou who punched his way to a high score of 129,161 late last year.

UFC commentator Joe Rogan recently stopped by the institution to give the PowerKube a workout. Rogan, who is a life-long martial artist (taekwondo) and a black belt under Eddie Bravo's 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu. Rogan previously posted a video of himself back in 2011 demonstrating how to increase the power in his kicks to former UFC welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre.

Rogan tried his luck on the PowerKube, recording some heavy kicks and eclipsed Ngannou previous record. Although it should be noted the current heavyweight used his hands to generate that kind of power to set the record. Still, Rogan’s kicks are impressive.

Rogan talked about his experience at the institute and the high score on a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience.

“I think [Ngannou] got 120-something,” Rogan said. “129, that’s so crazy! That’s what I get with a kick -- with legs that carry you around all day.”

“He got 129,161 with a punch, I got 152,000 today, bitch."

Most sherdoggers here won't admit it but Joe would kick their asses easily. For the record I've actually met Joe Rogan in personal and can say that he's closer to 5'5 and is 5'6 at the very most. He might have been 5'7 when he was younger but definitely not now
