You think not reporting millions of dollars of income is a "political witch hunt" while his dad was president? Are there any normal citizens who aren't prosecuted for that?

Hunter actually did the crime though so this is not the hill I am going to die on. It can be true that the prosecution of Hunter was politically motivated and also that Hunter is guilty and should be punished.

I doubt he would've ever been prosecuted had he not been Biden's son. Or at least for the offenses he was convicted on, he probably was let off with a slap on the wrist other times for having been Joe Biden's son so maybe its karma ultimately catching up to him. But absent Biden winning the 2020 election I doubt he would've been prosecuted for these offenses.

Yet you argued with me that Trump's charges were NOT political prosecution because the charges were "real." This is not showing consistency from you.
