Joe Frazier's Sit Ups

Ok that is true i should have said cut the bad carbs, like pasta bread and processed food i did say alot veggies and meant to say alot veggies and then fruits for when you have sweet cravings. Now the good thing with fruit its a higher carb plant but it also digest 3 hours and that three hours daster then vegies also fruits and veggies digest the fastest basically a keto diet works good for stomach fat but i didnt criticize anyone and if i did im sorry was not my intentions nor was it to give the wrong info but i said alot veggies first lol

I thought situps are bad because you flex the spine. I told better to do hanging knee raises. It keeps spine pretty much straight, and does not put weight on it.

Man, I have heard the same thousands of times and I think that this might be true. Still I do some situps, but most of my exercises are some modifications of leg raises and crunches. From about an year I have started to incorporate more and more different kinds of planks, too. I still have fat around my waist, of course this doesn't mean that I don't have muscles, but it seems that they are quite shy and hide behind the fats. :)

Advising someone to cut curbs while also telling them to eat a lot of fruit is very confusing advice. You understand that fruits are almost exclusively made of sugar/carbohydrate?
You should avoid protein and eat more meat instead
