Hi, guys. I have seen on many sites on internet the workout routine of Joe Frazier and I was surprised from its simplicity. however there is one thing which is too complicated for me- the sit ups. He explains how he bends one of his legs under his other leg and after this on ''up'' position touches his knees with elbows. Do you have any idea how exactly are executed these sit ups? It looks like I have poor imagination.
