Hi, guys. I have seen on many sites on internet the workout routine of Joe Frazier and I was surprised from its simplicity. however there is one thing which is too complicated for me- the sit ups. He explains how he bends one of his legs under his other leg and after this on ''up'' position touches his knees with elbows. Do you have any idea how exactly are executed these sit ups? It looks like I have poor imagination. :)

I am on Roy Nelson's plan, never been so easy to follow a professionals advice.

Go to 1:55 of the video.
Thanks, man! Everything he does is with super speed and probably that is why I haven't noticed the sit ups. The leg position seems strange to me. It looks like that one of his legs is vertical and the other is horizontal to the floor, doesn't it?

Sounds similar to this. You can do variations with different foot and leg positions, but the point is to twist so you mainly target the obliques.

here u go this is all youll need also cut most carbs and use a lil apple cider vinegar i found these things really help the over all core imho

Yes, it looks like something like this exercise.

I should try some shorter (like this) core workouts definitely. Now I am wasting too much time for my core workout and I don't have so much time for the other body parts.

yeah even if u do that short video 2wice a day you will see results dont forget cutting carbs eat alot veggies and fruits and look into apple cider vinegar put just a lil in apple juice and mix in some ginger and lemon juice that my morning drink also look into chia seed pudding for a morning super food

I do something like 30- 40 minutes straight abs, 2- 4 times a week. I don't do sets typically, just skipping from one exercise to other. I do some cardio- mainly shadowboxing. I am on intermittent fasting (4 hours feeding window) and my BMI is pretty low, but I still have decent amount of fat, mainly on my stomach. It's the DNA I believe. :)

I think it was more the fact that cutting carbs and eating alot of fruit are kind of hard to do both...seeing as a lot of fruits are pretty high in carbs.

Advising someone to cut curbs while also telling them to eat a lot of fruit is very confusing advice. You understand that fruits are almost exclusively made of sugar/carbohydrate?
