Elections Joe Biden Stumbles Again while Biden Tries to Speak without the teleprompter um huh..

So you're saying that the number one thing that people are concerned about with Biden might be what gets blamed for an election loss? This is a very bold prediction.
"number one thing"? No. one thing? Yes. I am sure there will be other excuses and deflections but the ones I listed will be used.

Maybe I need to look up the definition of referendum a couple more times because you are confusing a the heck out of me.

It's pretty straightforward.

If the issue is Biden's quality as a candidate, Trump wins. If the issue is Trump's quality, Biden wins. This is because both candidates are terrible.

I don't think anyone in these discussions is voting on based on candidate quality. Executive power is the vanguard of party policy, and that's what people care about.

Personally, I think it's clear that if the issue was "which one is better as president" it's undeniably Biden. Trump is a huckster who doesn't care about anything but Trump. Biden has fought hard to turn back the entrenched machinery of neo liberalism espoused by both Democrat and Republican leaders for decades and his results have been pretty spectacular. The Chips Act and resulting American industry is probably the most positive legislation I've seen in my lifetime. The jobs Biden's administration has created are real and not just a result of pandemic recovery.

"The problem with Socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money".

The problem with that perspective is that "other people's money" came from exploiting the lowest castes.

OK

Well... you got your opinion and congrats.

That's your opinion as well.

I have heard much differently from the other side but... acknowledged.

Assuming you care about what's best for the country and not just for you personally, you should take a non-partisan look at these issues, especially the CHIPS act.

I'm not saying there's any imperative for you to do this, every candidate needs to appeal to every voter as an individual. What's good for you is part of the "greater good".

It doesn't make you look better to vote for someone you know is a terrible candidate just because you've been scared into voting for whoever you're told to.

Why do you suppose so many people specifically want to vote for Trump instead of getting bullied into voting for any generic republican the same way democrats are? His TV show had the most democrat skewed audience in all of prime time TV by a huge margin, so it obviously wasn't that. He wasn't the RNC's pick, media coverage was the most negative of any president in US history, so you can't exactly claim they were convinced by the media. So why do you think it is that someone who's been famous for nearly 50 years suddenly has so much political support from the exact opposite people who paid any attention to him for the first 40 years of him being famous?

President Trump dominated media coverage in the outlets and programs analyzed, with Trump being the topic of 41 percent of all news stories—three times the amount of coverage received by previous presidents.

That press coverage chart. Jesus. I mean that's not surprising it's just seeing it fleshed out like that is crazy
