In every other professional sport in the US that is precisely what happens though. Also given the annual revenue of the UFC they should be able to exceed the current pay structure signi without hurting their bottom line. This would also attract higher caliber athletes and do wonders for the long term brand.Who was he before that KO though? He's only been in the UFC for 3 months and dropped a loss already in that time. He's finances aren't gonna turn around overnight.
