I remember that round being pretty close and Rose landing some nice shots towards the end of that round. I gave JJ the edge for round 3 though.

Had it 48-47 Rose all the way though. Was actually surprised to hear 49-46 across the board.

The scoring of that fight was all over the map. One point either way for either of them would have been fine. It's weird to me that people act like Rose won so clearly. She did well. But JJ didn't get nearly enough credit from the judges for killing that lead leg and landing some nice knees. Plus... that takedown at the end. UGH. People will complain all day about that stuff until their fighter does it.

2nd Round: 10-9 Namajunas
3rd Round: 10-9 Joanna
4th Round: 10-10 Draw / 10-9 Joanna
5th Round: 10-9 Namajunas

Namajunas clearly won three rounds, there were no 10-8 rounds, so arguing over everything else is irrelevant.

So in other words, you didn't watch the fight <Lmaoo>.

3, 4 and 5 in my opinion. Joanna clearly had the better striking in round 5 and that last minute half-takedown that did nothing shouldn't have changed anything score-wise.

I thought Rose landed the harder shots in round 4. I took quality over quantity and gave Rose the 4th round. That being said, and argument could be made for JJ in round 4. So I was leaning towards 49-46 Rose but I was expecting it to be 48-47 Rose.

Rose landed the more damaging blows by far. I had 1-2-5 for Rose. 3-4 for JJ but nothing damaging. Just pitter pat.

She won 3-2 imo, landed less but more effective shots, Joanna lands a lot of pittar patter shots that mean nothing just to get one good one, Rose was doing a lot more damage to JJs face, a swollen leg isn’t half as bad as a bloody and swollen face for the judgin criteria, damage is a big one.

I doubt that Rose has the power to corrupt judges. Most likely it's just the work of shitty judges that don't know what they are scoring

It was anybody's fight. Rounds 1&2 were razor close, and round 5 was pretty competitive as well. 3&4 were all Joanna.

People need to stop acting like either fighter "clearly" won, the decision could have easily gone either way.
