So I didn't watch the main card Saturday night. Work went late and after I only watched prelims. I didn't get to main card until post Sunday night. And boy it delivered (despite main event squash)

More than anything was the 3rd fight, the aforementioned. Despite trading eyepokes the pace and trading was insane. It truly felt like anyones game until the end, and by then it seemed a decision was eminent. I'm concerned by the longevity of both of them, but Jiri and Hill delivered. And may have deserved fight of the night

Awesome fight but i didnt really think about the decision at the time, i felt someone was def going down the way they were throwin

It was a very tense one, even when they werent throwing they were ready for malicious intent the whole time
 
Jiri is your favorite fighters favorite fighter. He's in Gaethje territory. Last night he looked pretty good with movement, head moment, defense. But he's always kill or be killed

He's a gold standard for a entertaining card and I don't know where he goes from here or how he could feed into another title fight. I just wish him well because even though he delivers the finish he always gets a little ass kicking to himself

Supposedly dricus says he's bigger and walks around heavier than jiri. Jiri supposedly fights close to his walk around

He gets hit a Lot.. I dont know If drainning himself would work well with his fighting style.
Like poatan getting flatlined by Izzy at MW, at LHW he got hit by heavier hitters with no problems.

That was great fight and I am Glad by the eyepoke, I think Jiri would finish in the Second round If Hill didnt get that time to recover his gas.

BTW, I was impressed by Hill's recovery. After the First knockdown I thought he was finished.
Also more impressed with Poatan booping and finishing them so easly.
