Jiri Prochazka leaves Rizin

The guy inked UFC contract, he will be one of the most dangerous fighters in the division. Modestas Bukauskas joined too, I'd like if the two could meet. Champ vs champ
 
Rizin isn't reliant on their hw's like the japanese promos of the past, so I dont think this matters much at all. Who would they even get to fight Jiri?

Rizin can take some up and coming gaijin and have him crush cans in with in a couple years they have another Jiri. Guys like Jiri are not that rare.

Thought the same thing when I saw Modestas get signed. Good, exciting first match for both.
 
I enjoy watching Jiri, but if he's just gonna keep fighting guys like CB and Maldonaldo then he might as well go to the UFC. There was an opportunity for some great crossover bellator fights on NYE like Bader, Davis or a Nemkov rematch. But we got old ass CB Dollaway instead.
 
LISTEN SHERDOGERS...HE WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO BELLATOR AND FIGHT RYAN BADER AT 205LBS FOR THE TITLE, BUT THEN SCOTT COKER LOOKED AT HIS AGE AND SEEING HE CAN STILL WALK, DECIDED HE DID NOT WANT HIM....SO THEY INSTEAD HIRE COKE HEAD ROBIN BLACK FOR ANOTHER ANNOYING COMMENTATOR!

Let's be honest Jiri is gonna get exposed,he has not shown any improvement since his early RIZIN fights and his level of competition has decreased a lot too..he was getting torn up by CB dollaway, dropped by a jab from 50 year old Fujita and he struggled against that dude from Lebanon..

guy is gonna be in for a real shock when he loses in the UFC or even Bellator

If what you are saying is true, this a Sumo organizations are breaking the law.

The passport you travel on is not yours. It is the property of the government that gave it to you. You are the custodian of the passport assigned to you.

Do NOT give the passport to anyone. Do NOT let it leave your sight. Only give it to officials to stamp it at the airport.

Maybe Rizin didn't want to offer Jiri another contract
 
What is the point signing with Rizin , build up a record and then directly go to UFC? It proves that they have wrong mentality the japanese.

Back then in Pride very few fighters went to UFC , we never saw Fedor,Wanderleil,Sakuraba went to UFC for 3-5 years.

Also, what is Amir Aliakbari's status? He singned with UFC but seems like he is unable to compete in America due to past WADA ban, and since he is Iranian looks like he can't get visa and get paid by US company/ take money out of US.

It would be good move if RIZIN could bring back Aliakbari, give him HW title fight and eventualy match him agains known Bellator fighters like Bader, Kongo etc.

I get what you’re saying, but him succeeding in the UFC would only make Rizin look better wouldn’t it?

UFC is in another level as a company compared to 15 years ago.
Rizin doesnt have the support Pride had neither

lol traitors must die... This is how MMA/sports work. Any athlete is going to take the best offer and a shot at the top league. Grow up kid.

Back then Japan had the majority of the top fighters and paid the best. The exact opposite is true now. Back in 05 my girl had a nice perky pair now they sag. Times change.
 
Cokers all salty saying Jiri is just ok and doesnt move the needle and would have trouble in Bellator.
