Let's be honest Jiri is gonna get exposed,he has not shown any improvement since his early RIZIN fights and his level of competition has decreased a lot too..he was getting torn up by CB dollaway, dropped by a jab from 50 year old Fujita and he struggled against that dude from Lebanon..

he has alot more potential in the UFC to fight often/ in many places

Jiri is good but I don't think he is as good as some "hardcores" want him to be.
Seems quite hittable and not extremly well rounded, imo. And his level of competition also doesn't say much about where he stands.
Let's see if he can fulfil the hype.

Won't be surprised if he ends like Krylov, where many already thought he would steamroll the division, after beating a few mediocore LHW's in Russia.

Jiri surely is a nice addition to the UFC-LHW division but I don't think he is top 5 level.

He was very loyal, he loves Japan and samurai culture and has a specific mindset - he wants to face the very best in the world and Rizin couldn't offer that. RIZIN's heavier divisions are now gonna be dead with Mirko retired, Jiri UFC bound and MW/WW being pretty much nonexistent. Guys like Jake Heun aren't consistent enough to be stars in Japan.

RIZIN is now probably gonna build that athletic Biyong dude as new star.

Also, what is Amir Aliakbari's status? He singned with UFC but seems like he is unable to compete in America due to past WADA ban, and since he is Iranian looks like he can't get visa and get paid by US company/ take money out of US.

It would be good move if RIZIN could bring back Aliakbari, give him HW title fight and eventualy match him agains known Bellator fighters like Bader, Kongo etc.
