Jimmy should not have been fired for what he said but it has been evident for awhile now that the Trump Administration wanted him off the air. What I find interesting while reading the thread is people mentioned Roseanne, Tim Allen, Gina Carano and now Jimmy. Interesting how ABC/Disney consistently is the network that pulls the plug on people.

Kimmel was so promising when it first aired. Who remembers the early 2000s? I do like it was yesterday.

A different guest co-host every week? It was genius. 1st week was Snoop Dogg, and oh boy was it hilarious. He was claiming he had quit weed, Jimmy was having none of it lol. Like first or second musical guest, this up and coming guy no one heard of named 50 cent... The show started hot.

Pretty sure 2nd week was Corolla...it was amazing.. everyone thought this was going to be The Man Show on Steroids... But pretty quickly they abandoned that format and it got boring fast, as Kimmel is imo not really likeable and charismatic enough to carry a whole show on his own.

No he shouldn't have been cancelled but this is how it is going to be. Many of us for years have been saying that cancel culture would come back to bite those that loved it when right leaning people were cancelled and fired for saying what was perceived to be the wrong thing. The government loves to frame things as being good and helping out when they know the idea is total control over all of us. Now leftists are seeing it happen as we have said it would.

The government plays one side or the majority and finds a way to whip them up and get them to support something under the guise that it will help. Then when plan is put in place it moves forward and the government uses it against all of us not just one side.
