That kind of language, “do this the easy way or the hard way,” coming from the FCC Chairman directed at ABC and Disney, would absolutely be read as an implied threat against ABC and Disney. You also had Donald Trump yesterday tell ABC's Jonathan Karl he'll 'probably go after' him and network over 'hate in your heart' outside the White House, after his representatives previously told EW that shows like "The View" are under scrutiny as well.
