Jessica Penne vs Jessica Andrade at UFC 199

Penne looks like Talissa in game of thrones.

That means I want her.
 
if Andrade has a healthy cut and is able to maintain a decent amount of her strength she will be a force in the division.

I haven't seen too much of Andrade to be honest. I'm such a fan of Penne though, so I'm going to root for her no matter what.

Andrade is mainly a striker or BJJ player, HI?

Kind of surprised by this match up, but then again not so much cuz ... Sean Shelby :/

I don't hate it, but I don't love it either .. Andrade is short, but she is still going to be a big, thick girl at SW, so I am not sure sure how Penne will do with trying to get Andrade to the ground to impose her game plan. I think Andrade has better striking too, but Penne should also have a significant reach advantage.
 
Andrade is big? I thought she was short as fuck?

I'd say she's more a striker than a BJJ player. She does wrestle a decent amount though. Not sure if she has BJJ credentials but I wouldn't be surprised.

Andrade better show better fight I.Q than she showed against Reneau. Dived into one triangle after hurting her, nearly got caught then dived right into the final one instead of letting Reneau back to her feet.

Penne's ground game is her biggest tool and she isn't against pulling guard to get it there. Andrade is going to have to avoid the clinch and Penne's tricks and hope her cardio holds up to get the win. It's a pretty stiff test for a first fight at Strawweight, right now I favor Penne by late sub.

I was just checking on UFC website. Penne has 67" reach and Jessica 62". Penne was talking about focusing on strength training a while back and Jessica moving down might mean she isn't going to have a power advantage after a weight cut.
 
Wow, a former atomweight vs someone who looks like a semi truck at 135. I'm gonna need to see Andrade at the weigh ins before making a pick
 
Im liking 199 more and more, on paper I think it's better than 200
