I don't know but maybe the days of the Hendersons andd Coutures fighting after 40 something is probably behind us... That was largely due steroids for sure, now with usada only guys making runs late these days will be the one who started really late.
 
He's only 31 and the only facial damage he's taken was the Gus fight and that was all cosmetic so in fight years and as long as he takes care of his body and doesn't pollute it, he's got many prime years ahead of him.

Jones is the worst opponent Jones ever had.
If it makes you feel any better though i do agree Jones bests DC 8 out of 10 times.

Lets say he is suspended 4 years until 2021, thats three years from now.

Lets look at the last few years in Jones life..

2008 - Crashes into two parked cars
2009 - cited for another traffic offence
2010 -
2011 - caught driving on a suspended licence
2012 - crashes into a utility pole,. refuses a sobriety test. Forced to undergo an alcohol awareness program and has licence suspended
2013 -
2014 - Made to do 40 hours community service after his brawl with Cormier in the hotel lobby
2015 - Fined 25k for testing posiive for cocaine
2015 - crashes into another car and runs away from the scene before returning to grab money and drugs
2016 - tests positive for an estrogen blocker, banned for one year by usada
2017 - returns from his ban and tests positive for turinabol.. facing four year suspension..
2018 - ??
2019 - ??
2020 - ??
2021 - ??

He has never managed to go more than a year without fucking up.

Does anyone truly believe he will make it to 2021 without fucking up again?




Honestly, If hes suspended to 2021 I cannot see any possible way that he goes three years without either testing positive again, or ending up in jail.
 
Scrap 205 so most of them will be HW and two shit divisions can become one great, fun division. These 220lbs LHW could put on some blubber and be 240lbs with less fat than a Cain or even Reem nowadays.
Jones would then be forCed To fight HWs, which He will be ofc.
Jones absolute champ 2022 or whenever hes back.
 
Never had a serious injury and has been pretty inactive the past few year
31 is young when the mileage is so low.

This is America and in America we have due process. If it's proven as a tainted supplement then it's a tainted supplement. It's already been proven that the minimal trace amounts they found wouldn't of had any effect on him. He won that fight fair with his skills and high fight iq. DC didn't have a chance
 
He can extend for longer as a great, like a lot of other greats in this sport and elsewhere, and him not relying on power and explosion but volume and technique will benefit him in the long run.

But if he comes back at 34 he's likely not the same guy. It's just that if you look at Kobe, Federer or Zelezny, greats who rely on technique, going from a 10 to a 8,5 still means he's a beast to deal with.

no it hasnt been proven at all. theres no possible way they can prove that.

Even his own "expert" Paul Scott at the CSAC hearing admitted that there was no possible way they could tell from the amount in the sample, how much was administered and when.
