Where has he said any consequences for Jan 6th are unjust? That's a big difference than talking about pardoning some of them.

Those charges I listed are simply federal charges. In the case of Jan 6th it happened at the Capitol which falls under the jurisdiction of the federal government hence all the charges relating to it are federal but that's not the case with BLM riots where some of the relevant crimes are state charges.

State charges, which were dropped by the hundreds across the country.
