Big difference is that Trump organized Jan 6th whereas BLM riots were spontenous and in reaction to police shootings. You can argue that some of these police shootings were justified like in the case of Jacob Blake but its not like Biden was giving people a time and a place to riot like Trump did.

1. Trump never "gave the rioters a time and place to riot." That's a factual lie.
2. Re: maxine waters - if Trump found a surrogate to instigate riots and civil unrest like the DNC did, rather than do it himself you'd be ok with it. Got it.
3. Trump never put forth any campaign promise before the election to pardon any january 6th protesters
4. If Any January 6th committee members committed crimes or violated ethics, there should be consequences. PERIOD.
